-موقع الاستقلال- مثل صباح أمس الاثنين 17-08-2018 أمام وكيل الجمهورية بمحكمة ولاية انواكشوط الغربية الدركي إسحاق محمد الأمين وزوجته عيشة منت يحي الفيل بإحالة من مفوضية لكصر ١ في الادارة الجهوية لأمن ولاية انواكشوط الغربية،التي كانت النيابة قد أحالت اليها دعوى الدركي إسحاق التي يُتهم فيها زوجته باسقاط جنين من غير علم منه في عياد النجاح٠
وحسب المعلومات الواردة فإن النيابة تحاول استغلال عدم وجود الأدلة المادية على نية القصد عند عيشة منت يحي الفيل لاسقاط الجنين٠٠ وحسب المصدر فإن عيشة كانت قد زارت العيادة في العاشر من الشهر السادس للترتيب لإجراء إسقاط، وفِي يوم السادس عشر اليوم الموالي لعيد الفطر المبارك تم اسقاط الجنين، وذلك حسب شهادات طبية حصل عليها زوج عيشة الدركي إسحاق محمد الأمين٠
وحسب المصدر فإن جهود من شخصيات وازنة من كلا الطرفين تدخلت للضغط لاحتواء التوتر بين الطرفين لحل الخلاف بين الدركي إسحاق وإسرة زوجته عيشة منت يحي ولد الفيل .
