رجل أعمال يتقدم بشكوى للقضاء الأمريكي ضد المدون ولد اكماش

-موقع الاستقلال- تقدم رجل الأعمال الموريتاني يعقوب ولد سيديا بشكوى أمام القضاء الأمريكي من المدون الموريتاني المقيم في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سيدي محمد ولد اكماش.
وتلقى ولد اكماش استدعاء من القضاء الأمريكي لتقديم رد على الشكوى خلال أجل 21 يوما.
وكان ولد اكماش قد نشر على صفحته في فيسبوك يوم 17 مارس المنصرم أن "ثلاث سيارات تابعة للشرطة الوطنية تطوق منزل رجل الأعمال يعقوب ولد سيديا صاحب عدة شرائك من بينها شركة للتأمين وهو مالك لطائرة لنقل الذهب. ودخول أفراد من الشرطة داخل المنزل لتفتيشه".
وكتب لاحقا على صفحته توضيحا قال فيه: "ليعلم الجميع أنني لا مشكلة شخصية لدي مع أيا كان وهذه المرة هي الأولى التي أكتب فيها عن يعقوب ولد سيديا لا لسبب سوى أنني تحصلت على خبر دقيق ونشرته كجل الأخبار التي أنشرها هنا".
وأضاف: "أما كون عائلة المعني تدعي بأن الشرطة جاءت إلى المنزل لأخذ فطورها فتلك معلومة لا أراها تستحق الرد فما كان لجهاز بحجم الشرطة أن يطوق منزلا بسبب تأمين إخراج الفطور وإن كانت منطقية لدى البعض فهي طامة أكبر من أختها".
