-موقع الاستقلال- نشر المرشح للانتخابات الرئاسية خليفه صال تغريدة على “اكس” يهنئ المرشح بصير ديوميه فاي بالفوز في الانتخابات الرئاسية.
وهنأ المرشح خليفه صال الشعب السنغالي على “نضجه ومسؤوليته”، ووصف الانتخابات بأنها “عرس ديمقراطي”.
وقدم صال شكره للناخبين الذين صوتوا له، مؤكداً أن ثقتهم تفرض عليه التزامًا كبيرًا.
وقال “لقد عبّر السنغاليون عن إرادتهم اليوم في سلام وهدوء، مما يُظهر مرة أخرى تمسكنا الراسخ بالديمقراطية. أهنئ الشعب السنغالي على نضجه ومسؤوليته”.
وجاء في تغريدته “أشكر الناخبين الذين صوتوا لي. ثقتهم تفرض عليّ التزامًا كبيرًا. أهنئ بشدة فاي الذي تُظهر النتائج الأولية فوزه”.
وتظهر النتائج الجزئية تقدم المرشح المعارض بصير فاي في الانتخابات الرئاسية التي أجريت الأحد، محققا مفاجأة كبيرة في السباق الانتخابي.
ويترقب السنغاليون إعلان النتائج النهائية للانتخابات بشكل رسمي، من أجل تحديد هوية الرئيس الخامس في تاريخ السنغال، منذ الاستقلال عام 1960.
