علم من مصادر قضائية أن غرفة الاتهام بمحكمة الإستئناف بولاية انواكشوط الغربية قررت الغاء قرار قاضي التحقيق في جزئية الامتناع عن ايداع أحد المشمولين في قضية اختلاس مبلغ 115مليون أوقية من حسابات زبناء البنك الوطني الموريتانيBNM.

وبالتالي اصدار أمر ايداع في حقه ،ويتعلق الأمر برئيس وكالة كبتال الحافظ ولد مدلاهي ،كما قررت المحكمة تأكيد القرار في بقية المشمولين في الملف.
