أسرة القاضي المتوفى تطالب بمنحها نسخة من تقرير التشريح الطبي

-موقع الاستقلال- قال الأستاذ عبد الله عادل أخ رئيس محكمة الاستئناف بنواكشوط الغربية المتوفى يوم أمس لمرابط عادل، إن الأسرة تطالب بمنحها نسخة من التقرير الطبي لتشريح الجثة.
وأضاف ولد عادل فى تصريح له اليوم الخميس من أمام مشرحة المستشفى الوطني فى نواكشوط، أن الطبيب الشرعي اكتفى بمخاطبتهم شفويا عن سبب الوفاة.
ونوه ولد عادل إلى أن الأسرة سعت فى الحصول على التقرير دون نتيجة، واتصلت بالطبيب المعني وأخبرها بعد عناء أنه سيحيل التقرير لوكيل الجمهورية المعني.
وشددت الأسرة على تمسكها بحقها فى الحصول على نسخة من التقرير تمكنها من الاطلاع على حيثيات الوفاة بشكل أكثر دقة ومن طلب خبرة مضادة عند الاقتضاء.
وأكد ولد عادل منع الطبيب الشرعي المعني بالحالة، عن إعطاء تفاصيل حول التقرير معتذرا بأن "التقرير سري".
وفى سياق متصل، استغربت الأسرة مما أسمته "الصمت الرسمي" تجاه وفاة قامة من قامات السلك القضائي فى البلاد، وأحد القضاة المشهود لهم بالعمل على عديد الملفات الحساسة والمهمة، حيث لم تصدر أي تعزية فيه من أي جهة رسمية إلى الآن.
وفى وقت سابق من صباح اليوم الخميس أعلن أن التقرير الطبي الصادر بعد التشريح أفاد أن الوفاة طبيعية وناتجة عن حالة قصور في القلب.
